I do not recommend plugging the oil filter line. They may not be as good as a new syle full flow system, but they do work. The cannister lid has a rubber seal and a copper washer for seals. You may have a little trouble finding them, but a good parts store should be able to get them. If you want to plug it anyway, it is the top line. Follow the hose back to the block and remove the fitting from the block. Use a 1/8 NPT pipe plug to seal the hole. Change your oil more frequently than normal.
