The biggest differnce is the engine. The original German halftrack
has a smooth running 6 cylinder in-line MAYBACH petrol engine.

The Czech OT has a noisy aircooled Diesel engine.

The track of the German halftrack has lubricated track links with two
needle bearings and and two sealing rings in each track link.

The Czech OT has a simple dry (dead) track, with simple steel/steel
bearings. Noisy.

Most of the people, who are "transforming" an OT to a German halftrack
let the Czech Diesel engine in it.

Best regards from Germany
