Lars,
According to Vanderveen's "Observer's Fighting Vehicles Directory",
page 232: "The Canadian Ford 3-ton 4x4 chassis was used for several types of
armoured vehicles and a special rear-engined version was designed and
produced for armoured bodywork. This rear-engined chassis was made in three
versions (C011QRF, C191QRF, C291QRF) and was supplied mainly to India as a
basis for the Indian Pattern wheeled carriers. A rather similar chassis but
with 81-in wb was used for the Canadian Lynx scout car."
There are different photos of the C011QRF in the above book (page 234) and
in his "Historic Military Vehicles Directory" (page 217).
