I dont know, when I saw that video all I could think about was where was
the immediate threat to life when the mass of cops stormed the driver's
hatch and immediately opened fire before it was even opened all the
way. And gangbangers get the bad rap for indescrimate shooting (must be
that their "colors" are not black or blue). Must be nice to have the
freedom to kill someone for what they did in the past without fear of
retribution.
