Pompous prat! We can in this country except that gun calibre's are
limited and at least we can buy military vehicles without restrictions
placed on them

If you had any inkling of history you would have known that we had to
pay for everything or we didn't get it. With lend lease it was one of
the conditions of lend lease that it was all destroyed after the war.
This was to allow further sales of newer equipment by American
companies. We are still paying for lend-lease. America kindly cancelled
everyone's war debts after the war except the UK's and it crippled us
for years after the war.

Actually you are wrong again the USA has been invaded a number of times
but not successfully by a foreign power - something to do with the fact
that there are thousands of miles of ocean doesn't help - but hey maybe
the mexicans will invade one day? Oh sorry they already have haven't
they?

Such as the freedom to drive a vehicle that you legally purchase
anywhere and at any time? Bow down? at least our women don't have to
throw themselves on their backs, legs akimbo, in the presence of our
head of state...
