Mark,

    It won't stop someone from jump starting under the hood but try what I
had on a previous vehicle. It had a starter button and after modification it
required you to #1 turn ignition on #2 press starter button #3 (this always
got em) I had a hi-lo speed electric wiper switch for the wipers and being
as I never use high speed disconnected the high speed wire from the switch
and put the high speed wiper switch in the starter button circuit in series.
It also allows people watching you start when they try to go HUH??

Just a thought.
