I don't buy that. The additive packages put into oils that have a wider viscosity
range has to be better in order to acheive the range. That's why 15-50 oil cost
more than 15-40 or 10-30. Of course if you don't need the viscosity range, then
you are wasting your money buying expensive oil. IE, putting Castrol 15-50 racing
oil into my Ford 8N tractor that never goes above 2000 RPM would be a waste of
money.
