Any truck tire that has been on for years will usually be a problem to
remove. Many times it will be destroyed during removal. I have a Bear truck
tire changing machine and I have 'launched' truck tires off of it trying to
break the tire bead from the rim. In addition, the CCKW non-split rim is not
easy to figure out how to get off.

If you are going to do this, you might want to take them to a truck tire
shop...
