I got my M109A3 2.5-ton from DRMS last October. I submitted my End-Use
Certificate with my bid, as the instructions said. I hope you don't
have any trouble because yours wasn't with the bid. The bid opening
for my auction was on 9/9/99, and I got the official bid award on
9/27/99. I towed my truck home the next day. I had to call the DRMO
office to dislodge my bid award from the paper mill... I knew I had
the high bid from the unofficial bid abstract, but it took a while to
get the official bid award.
