A very special day for me. A 1942 Indian 741 is back from its service
overseas. After wrangling with freight consolidators, warehouses, and
shippers, it has made it safely to its new home. I very happily opened the
crate, and there it sat in its disassembled glory. I expect to be working
on it over the next few months. Tomorrow, I will be taking photos of the
parts pile, and will post the list when it gets up on the site. I want to
thank the list members who have graciously answered my questions and calls
for assistance during the acquisition of this project. You know who you
are, and I hope you get to see this one rolling down the road one of these
days.
