Seems I might have a question for you then. M35's do not have most of the
normally required lights such as front marker, side clearance, front and
rear ID, backup, and license. Now..... what takes precidence, the way the
vehicle came from the factory or the current dot lighting codes? I'm
guessing that if I am using a truck (which I am) commercially then I would
need to have ALL of the proper lighting, that is if I ever intend on driving
at night, where as if I am a collector and have suitable collector plates
and use it only for suitable events, that I may be able to get by with
keeping the truck as delivered at the time of manufacter. What's the
official position on all this light stuff?????

And, while here talking lights. What would be the proper way to put front
ID lights on an M35? I noticed that the new M35-A3's have rear ID's but no
front. If there is no permanent structure to attach anything to above the
level of the hood, then what do you do?

BTW, I may not have the correct terminolgy, from reading a light book they
called the three small lights near the center of the vehicle and one on each
corner, placed as high as possible on the front(amber) and rear(red) ID lights.
