My opinion isn't the point. The point is that while she put her foot in it big
time, it makes one wonder if perhaps it's time to try to let that big infected
gaping wound start to heal when it comes to surmounting the after-effects of
Viet Nam. Whether you choose to hate her or whatever, I wanted to present
something she had said, in case it could make a difference.

I grew up in the Navy Family infrastructure, and was actually a dependant in
Subic Bay during the last parts of Viet Nam. I had more than a few occasions
where the Big Black Sedan (an MV) with the chaplain, casualty assistance
officer, and the Squadron Commander's wife pulled up in front of the front of my
friend's quarters, and suddenly my friend's mom told me to go home in that shell
shock voice that says "my life just went down the crapper".

Wasn't there, but damn near every adult male I ever knew was, and they were all
heroes to me.

Just to let you know I'm not just throwing something out I don't know about.

So, anybody have the tailgate to an M-37?
