  From all the Navy vehicles I've driven or saw the data plate
is never in a consistent place .. It all depends on what contract
the vehicle was purchased on and where the Pork Chop who placed
the PO speced the plate to go.. Trying to find any spec's on how
Navy vehicles were marked / ID'ed is almost non existent ..
