Hello List,

Its time to change the oil on my deuce. I have about 8 manuals for it but I
can't seem where the procedure is... I'm assuming it in one of the -20 and
I'm missing one of those. Can somebody give me a quick overview of the
procedure. I have the military oil change kit that comes with two large
filters with Gaskets and other goodies and an additional smaller filter. I
know where the big filters go on the Left side of the engine, but not sure
about the small one... also what are the steps, I've heard people mentioning
a specific order in opening the large cannisters (front and rear) to avoid
getting oil all over the place. In the -10 it says the multifuel has 22 Qts
in the crankcase. The inside of my hood is stenciled 15W40 This truck used
to be in the Minnesota ARNG, I am in GA should I continue with this oil
grade? I've gone several thousand miles with this truck over the last two
years with no problems, including the Hot Summers pulling a 10000 pound load
(trailer w/ Ferret).

I would really appreciate a step by step procedure, tips and tricks and
whatever else that would help prevent me or my truck from taking an oil
bath.... I'm hoping I wont be having problems some people were having with
the NAPA filter Gaskets since I have military kits.... Also what temp should
the oil be... I'm assuming a little warm to get it flowing?

Thanks as always,
Tony
