i will say i dont know much about the eng.
butt i will say if its not junk know running it that hot will make it junk
wired temp gages can be way off a top take thermoter
can till you if it hot
but if its really 230-240 don't open the cap hot
the fall of the fender mite kill you and the scald burns are no fun as well
