The story around here (West Tennessee) is that as long as you are not using
the current system of units in this area, nobody cares. That is, your
vehicles, with NJ guard markings, would not be a problem, here.
BTW, some of my vehicles have the markings of local guard units. but so far
no one has said anything.
Further, above is all word of mouth, not official word.
And I carry around the reciept from DRMO when in the truck....I've never
needed it, but....
