Government Liquidation will not sell any Demil B or Q property without an
EUC. There will be no exceptions or exclusions. Government Liquidation
will not sell Demil B or Q property to any foreign country.
A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM AND $35 MINIMUM BID WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR ALL LOTS IN
