Had the drum off, and the whl cyl seem to go out but not return.
1st thought was the cyc was sticking.
However, the bleeder valve will release em with no problem.
Pulling the pedal doesn't seem to help, I will recheck that tomorrow.

Is there anything in the master cyc that can stick?

Fluid not getting back to MC after release of pedal... Probably the little
6 inch rubber hoses directly behind the curley cue lines into the whl
cyls.... O ther possibility is that the MC is not going into full release
position... Are your pedal return springs in good shape, or do you have to
pull the pedal back... There are a bunch of grease fittings on the brake
and
clutch cross shafts and the springs tend to get tired...Flush and bleed em
good.... check the action of the whl cyls with the drums off... don't
push too hard as you may pop the cups out of the cyls.. check the return
after pedal release....bottom anchor adjusters need squirt of rust dissolve
and when assembled use never seize.... and the list goes on.... RAM
