M1097A2 Truck, Heavy Hummer variant
used as the chassis for the CMTH
Contact Maintenance Truck, HMVEE
Replaces the CUCV based contack truck.
Roll up sides with tool drawers, ox-acl
tanks,MIG and stsick welders, beefed up
alternator with power converter for
110v/120v power, compressor. drills and
grinder, most hand tools are Snap-on
brand.
My old unit jsut recieved theirs, while
doing his inventory the operator, SGT

HIM"
BTW there most likely will be a M880
seris contact truck showing up at Ft
Lewis DMRO soon, only fault is a bad
starter and no tools but has the
generator.
