That's nice and all, but you're not going to persuade
the folks that are on 51.000MHz to move. Band plans
aside, a lot of the older military stuff is xtal
controlled and well...they're just not going to move.
(Same as 95% (+/- 3%) of them are not going to care
how wide the signal is...:-) )
