Julian,

I understand your frustration and believe me I am trying to get to the
bottom of these issues. I would like to give you and ALL LISTERS a heads
up, we have been making some major improvements to the GL website and will
be releasing the new program within the next 60 days. Please work with me
on these issues and together we will make the system work for all of us.
