FWIW
I have a picture(s) of a Deuce at Ft. Devens with the PTR mounted on the
left side of the tail gate (like an M37) with can carriers on the rear mud
flaps. Hank pointed out that the troop seats were mounted so they opened
outward. He thought it might have been set up as a field mess truck before
turn in.
