RE: [MV] humvee question

Oregon has two. One painted with red,
white and blue. Looks OK but too gaudy
for me.
The other is field artillary red with
gold crossed cannons on the doors. Looks
nice to me.

Does create a hole in the owning units
MTOE as the state (and NGB) won't let us
carry any excess vehicles.
