I've two follow up questions if I may?

1: Can anybody give me a referral ( off line ) to an insurance broker or
company who insures Mil Vehicles in northern CA? Location of the Insurance
company doesn't matter: are there any national insurance Co's which
specialize in trucks like these?

2: Could someone give me their thoughts on tools to buy to work on a deuce?
I feel I'll need a decent air compressor... but what attachments or other
tools will come in handy? The only thing I have left from my time in the
army in the late 70's is a wrench cut in half to reach one of the bolts on
the .... generator? on a deuce.
