from memory the transfer case mounting brackets on the 1/2 and 3/4 are
different, but there is a high degree of interchangeability in all that
stuff. Again from memory the only parts that DONT interchange are some of
the 1/2 ton propshaft joints of which there are at least two distinct
varieties.
