Todd I feel sure it did not belong on jeep you found it in, most likley as
the post said

plugs, coil, condensor, voltage regulator, etc. that interchange between "M"
series vehicles - that were designed that way

Don't know. It was just a loose plate that came with a WWII jeep. I have
never seen it before. Hoping someone might be able to identify it.
