Have you ever seen a M-series vehicle with a similar plate? I was thinking
maybe this is from a generator set? From the wording, it seems like it is
reminding you that the engine is a military engine. If it were in a M35, I
think it would be obvious that the engine is military and you wouldn't need
a plate like this.
