The problem I've heard with some electric Fuel pumps is that they'll
tend to overfill the carb causing flooding issues and rough running.
This is certainly an issue with ferrets. Some folks will add an
electric Fuel pump on a bypass as a means of priming the carb after
the vehicle has sat for a long time, otherwise they prefer the
mechanical Fuel Pump.
