Thanks Patrick for the info on the PE-108-E power unit. It is a generator and it
puts out about 115 vac. I fired it up years ago and it was a little weak in the
engine department. Looks like that after an overhaul and purchasing the transmitter
and receiver and remote (if available) I could use it for 75 and 40 meter ham radio
on the ancient monkey (AM) side to get out 15 or 20 miles. Otherwise....it would
light 5 hundred watt lightbulbs and have power to spare. Fred
