I have to agree with Julian on this one. Rotella 15/40 is the only oil I
have ever used in any diesel that I have driven from 18 wheelers to my CUCV
and it has always been just fine. I won't use anything else period. I do
add X1R oil treatment to all of my engines including my lawn mower and
generator and I highly recommend it.
