Hello Buck

You can also grind a oval point on a big screw driver (the flat is as big as
the bolt head), that will fit in the armoured bolts head. The lock a vice
grip of cresset wrench on the stem of the driver, at the same time you try
to take the nuts off. If nothing works, another way is to heat the bolt &
nut, on the nut side, to cherry red (with a torch) them shear the nut off
using a long screw driver. Watch out for the red hot nut.
