Hi Fred

Thanks for the words of encouragement!! I think I'll be cursing AM
General and Continental for most breakdowns.... but I've got a huge pile
of spares for pretty much everything so it will just be a case of
messing around fitting things for a while hopefully. The main cursing
would be when in the middle of the Sarah Dessert and I've just used my
last vital spare, and then something goes wrong with that one as
well.... just at the point when I'm nearly 1,000 miles from
civilisation!!!

I shall certainly keep the group informed, and the website will cover
everything in a lot of detail throughout the adventure!!! :-)

If anyone's got any useful tips or advice for anything I should take or
modify I'd be very interested to know.

Many thanks
Mike

Okay Michael, I got you bookmarked...and logged into your website...if I

wish you good luck and you're out there in some lonely place broken
down...will you take your laptop and email curse words at me for my
luck? <g> Of course theres lots of question such as how many spare tires

(3 to 4k for fronts), jerry cans, fuel filters, wrenches, jacks, spare
engines, transmissions and etc. Wow, around the world in a deuce...I'm
not even gonna ask who's footing the bill. But, I think the group on
here will want regular reports on your progress. Better find the good
places for spares and good air services...just in case. Michael
Gooden...field tester for the M35. That'll be a good title. GOOD LUCK!
