I don't like the sound of that.. but I may have to face it. It will be
a trip to the diesel mechanic as I can't change the head myself.
$$$$$

Where does this gas emit from on the head-block area? I can get a
copper tube and a length of hose and listen along the gap, maybe
verify this.
