Hello,
Most reperters are paid for by the ham radio club in the area. Our club has
breakfasts, etc, every month, to help pay for the cost of the repeater
system. Things like a phone patch, which costs because it uses a phone line,
are paid out yearly, about 25 dollars around here. Nice feature to have, and
once you pay you get the access code.
