Subject: [MV] What Kind of Tank Is This?

Hi List...

I drove by a park in Redwood City, CA called "Centennial Park" today
and saw this tank, permanently parked as a kid's climbing toy, in the
south west corner of the park:

It looks very small! What type of tank is this?

Thanks!
