IT`S YOUR LUCKY DAY, I read your mail.

First if possible try to remove all the porcelain then
A) weld a bar in the remnamt and unscrew--the heat and force may release it.
 B) Heat plug quickly with Oxy acetylene then use an easy out stud extractor
.
 C) VERY careful use of a diamond point chisel may loosen and weaken or
using grease to catch the filings weaken the wall with a saw blade and roll
the edge in , then unscrew.
An old plug with a saw cut down the thread will make a good thread restorer
.If working with the head on remember to get all metal out of the cylinder .
IF all else fails then IT`S OFF WITH HER HEAD
Not a problem , just a nuisance !
            Good Luck NOEL
