Howdy Listers,
It seems to me that one of the prime legislative agendas for the MVPA
(perhaps allied with the Warbird community , Old Green Radio community)
might be the passage of an amendment to the appropriate law allowing members
of bona-fide special interest groups to import surplus US equipment, sort of
like the Civilian Marksmanship Program which sells rifles to members of
shooting clubs.
