Because the army found some drivers so completely
uncoordinated they developed a simple dexterity before
issuing a military drivers license.
Now remember, this is a simple test and if you can't
pass it you shouldn't't drive a military vehicle...
Sit in a chair. OK, if you can sit in a chair you are
1/3rd done! Now make circles in a clockwise direction
with your right foot. Still passing? Good. 2/3rds
done!
Now while making that circle with your right foot
simply raise your right hand and draw a figure 6 in
the air... keep your foot moving in a clockwise
circle.
Thats it... told you it was simple. Can you believe
that some people are so "uncoordinated" they can't do
this???
