  Bill, lemme now EXACTLY where you are in Michigan. I have a few
friends who might be able to help. One owns a tank. I thnk it
technically only has a drive axle & another axle with a sprocket that
keeps the other end of the track tight. This would be fine in your town
& I think he might come over to park on THEIR street accoridign to THEIR
ordinances.
