I have a few gas engines left in a farm tractor and a stroked 460 in a
ford truck. If I see that I am going to run one of them hard I put 2
stroke oil in the tank, not enough to make them smoke, I think I have
been putting about a quart to 15 gallons. On the 500 HP 460 this really
lowers the engine temperature.
