When I remove the Xfer from a CCKW or Chevrolet (works with an M211 too)
I remove the 8 bolts and replace 2 of them with punches. I set a piece of
old
plywood on top of an old tire on the ground under the Xfer. When everything
is all clear, I pull the punches at the same time and it is JUST like an
elephant
having a baby..... 8-)
