You certainly can put lockouts on the Dodge. Need a donor chevy 8 lug front
dana or corporate design. Replace everything from the steering knuckle out.
There are some different ujoint sizes so that ma factor in. I think the Spicer
numbers are 5-297X for the bigger ones and 5-260X for the smaller ones.
