Unless maybe an HMV trailer in NH. I got a law passed
in NH about 5 years ago that added the word "trailer"
to the defination of antique. By having this law, I am exempt
from having service brakes on my water buffalo (3,495 GVW)
AND it only cost $6 to register the trailers as opposed to $.60
per 100 lbs. We are only required to have original equipment!
Big test this year with Bomb Trailer #2. Antique (Bomb) truck
towing 2 antique Bomb Trailers... See what kind of sense of humor
the Dept of Safety has... There are ~20 antique trailer plates thus
far in NH, I have 12 of them.... 8-)

Well, if the trailer is over 10,000 lbs, you're
in Class A territory. CDL or not. Either way,
it's class A unless you're hauling an RV.
