5 ton pintle size & locking fuel caps?

Hi, I have two questions.
    First, does the M52A2 (5 ton tractor) have the same 5th wheel plate
(pintle size) as modern semi tractors used on the highway?

Second, Has anyone ever found a good way to lock your fuel tank caps on M
series trucks?
