How the pink tank got there....

It is the last survivor of a little known cold war incursion by the Albanian
Army who's attempt at a coup was foiled by Mayor Ken Livingstone's
congestion Zone charging. The driver didn't have the right money to get
through the barrier and no one had a credit card, so it reversed up and the
crew surrendered. They immediately claimed political asylum and were
instantly given huge social security handouts and were housed. Each of the
crew were also allocated a lawyer and encouraged to run up huge bills
challenging their human rights abuses and this was paid of out of the public
purse. They continue to live a life of leisure in Bermondsey.
