I'll bet a dollar to a donut that it's a rubber hose problem. The inside of
the hose can get a rupture that causes a flap inside. It works like an
impromptu check valve. Under just a fluid flow test it won't show up but under brake
pressure, it rears it's ugly head.
No guarantees but highly suspect. I would also check the steel brake lines
along the front axle if they haven't been checked yet. If installed incorrectly
the towbar axle clamps used for lift towing will crush these lines.
