good one piece head gaskets are available from tractor dealers also, the
same engine as the m-35 was used in 1982-1985 white 155-2 farm tractor.
the slot in the gasket is a vent so a slight compression leak will not
blow the gasket. any time a diesel head is off the engine it should be
resurfaced, just a cleanup pass to make it flat again.
