Kenny,

    Take a look at the wiring diagram from the TM:

http://www.tpub.com/content/constructionmisc/TM-9-2330-238-14/css/TM-9-2330-238-14_162.htm

One wire (green) is the neutral. The other three are 120v phases. Since
there arent any 220v loads or 3ph motors in the trailer, you can just
connect your 120v hot leg to the three remailing wires on the trailer
(black, red, and white). Everything should power up, just don't try to run
the A/C!

The ground is seperate from the neutral in the trailer (as it should be),
but doesn't appear to return to the power cord. I see something like "To
Guard Rail" printed in the wiring diagram. You should look around for a
grounding clamp on the trailer.

So from your house to the trailer

White --> Green
Black --> Black, Red, and white
Green (bare) --> trailer ground clamp
