Somebody must like dealing with them because the last three lots I have really wanted have brought twice what I was willing to pay. And I thought I was willing to give more than the retail value on one of them. Also the last two lots that I have won, I had to give close to my max bid. I can't remember the last time I thought I got a real bargain.
The problem as I see it is that they took a system of civil servants with a bunch of beurocratic rules who had nothing to gain and little to loose if they messed you over and turned it over to a private organization who has much to gain and less to loose if they take your money.
