He was whining about liability. I told him that I would even sign a waiver
but that didn't work either.

I even tried to ask him a couple of engineering questions. Such as, if I
put some wheel spacers on would it effect the weight caring load of the
trailer or if I put on new thicker leaf spring how would that effect the
performance of the trailer. He wouldn't answer those either because he was
afraid of liability. Oh well.
